What personal information do we collect and store?

So that we can provide services to you, we may ask for personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. Produce Brokers Pty Ltd takes measures to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. We also take measures to destroy personal information when it is no longer required. Generally, you have no obligation to provide any information requested by us. Welcome to The Food Forum online store!

Grocery lines are still hard to get at the moment due to COVID-19 and the effect it is having on ports etc around the world. We are trying our best to fill every order 100% but sometimes it isnt possible. So you may see a few more out of stocks then we would like. Don't forget to allow substitutes if you need the product and aren't too fussed about the brand that way we can sub it out for something similar.

Stone fruit is at the tail end of the season so it's probably best to stear clear of peaches and nectarines as they may go a bit brown near the seed. Plums are still OK and grapes are eating great!

And again sorry in advance for late deliveries and minor mistakes, the sheer volume of orders we are getting is making it hard (but not impossible) to cope.

Also unfortunately we have had to reinstate our delivery fee on the smaller orders as there were so many orders of $20 that we would make about $3-4 on, and then spend $20 to pack and deliver the order :( on the bright side most of you won't be affected by this change.
